Commissioning of 5+1 PTT 1 Squadron
Successfully integrated and commissioned a 5+1 Part Task Trainer (PTT) flight simulator suite for the 1 Squadron at Gwalior Air Force Station. The multi-cockpit configuration enables simultaneous tactical crew training and flight coordination under high-fidelity synthetic environments.
HVAC Station for Uttar Pradesh Metro (UPMRC)
Engineering, supply, and commissioning of heavy-duty, energy-efficient industrial HVAC and climate control systems for the Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation (UPMRC) subway networks, ensuring optimal environment management and air quality control across active passenger terminals.
Commissioning of 2 IOS at Hindon Air Base
Commissioned two high-specification Instructor Operator Stations (IOS) for the 1 Air Command Systems Unit (1ACSU) at Hindon Air Force Station. The stations incorporate multi-display monitoring, advanced scenario generation, and real-time flight analysis systems for tactical aviators.
Automation & SCADA System at Elephant Cement
End-to-end industrial automation and SCADA control system integration for the Elephant Cement Factory in Raibareli. Deployed centralized monitoring rooms and automated PLC-based raw material processing systems to maximize production efficiency and safety.
Advanced Drone Delivery to Indian Army
Supplied a reliable drone-based transport system to the Indian Army in Bhopal. Designed for practical, everyday field operations, the unit provides a steady 5kg payload capacity to assist in straightforward logistics and supply movement.
6-DOF Motion Platform (In Development)
Currently engineering an advanced Six Degrees of Freedom (6-DOF) electromechanical motion platform. This ongoing R&D project aims to deliver precise physical feedback for high-G simulator cockpits and armored vehicle driver trainers upon completion.
